ARTICLE 8: RETURNS AND REFUNDS

8.1 CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING A PRODUCT

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal from LES BIJOUTEURS, who will reimburse the Customer. This right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products which will not be returned or exchanged.

The Customer will send by post the product subject to the withdrawal accompanied by the delivery note, within this same period of 14 days, postmark being proof, to the address which will be communicated to him.

LES BIJOUTEURS advises and recommends that the Customer send the product subject to the withdrawal by Colissimo or Letter Followed, in order to have a means of recourse in the event of loss of the package. The Customer must retain proof of shipment of the product. No compensation can be considered by LES BIJOUTEURS in the event of loss of the package, if the return has been made without follow-up.

LES BIJOUTEURS only accepts the return of intact and unworn products, these two conditions being checked before returning the returned products to stock.

Once the product has been returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging (packaging, accessories, instructions, purchase invoice, etc.) and complete within 14 days of notification, it is up to LES BIJOUTEURS to decide to withdraw. client. 8.2 CONDITIONS FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF A PRODUCT

Products sold by LES BIJOUTEURS must be returned new, unused, in their original packaging. The jewelry must not have been worn under any circumstances.

All returns will be subjected by LES BIJOUTEURS to a rigorous check to ensure that the returned products are new and unused. If the returned product is compliant, LES BIJOUTEURS will proceed with the refund.

Reimbursement will be made via the payment method used when placing the customer's order. Replacement or exchange of products is not permitted. The customer will then have to place a new order on the Website.

ARTICLE 10: GUARANTEES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

10.1 LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY

10.3 GUARANTEE AGAINST HIDDEN DEFECTS

The product benefits from the legal guarantee against hidden defects resulting from a material, design or manufacturing defect affecting the products delivered and rendering them unfit for use.

The Customer may decide to implement the guarantee against hidden product defects in accordance with article 1641 of the Civil Code. In this case, he can choose between the resolution of the sale or a reduction of the sale price in accordance with 1644 of the Civil Code.

In the event of delivery, the shipping costs will be reimbursed on the basis of the invoiced rate, and the return costs will be reimbursed on presentation of receipts.

Reimbursements for products deemed non-compliant or defective will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 45 days of the finding by LES BIJOUTEURS of the lack of conformity or the hidden defect.

Reimbursement will be made by crediting the Customer's bank account (bank transfer).

LES BIJOUTEURS cannot be held liable in the following cases:

  • in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country in which the products are delivered, which it is up to the Customer to verify,
  • in the event of misuse, use for professional purposes, negligence or lack of maintenance on the part of the Customer, as in the event of normal wear and tear of the Product, accident or force majeure.

The LES BIJOUTEURS warranty is, in any event, limited to the replacement or reimbursement of non-compliant Products or Products affected by a defect.
